How to form a HAR-file in browser
A HAR-file is a record containing logs with browser's interaction with a website.
In some cases our technical support may request this file to analyze the data to help you resolve some issues.
In this article you can find the instructions on how to generate a HAR-file in different browsers.
How to generate a HAR-file in Google Chrome
- Open the webpage which you're experiencing issues on and press F12 (on Windows) or Cmd+Opt+J (on MacOS) to open the Developer panel.
You can also access the Developer panel in the browser menu "More Tools" -> "Developer Tools".

- Go to "Network" tab.
- Check the boxes:
- "Preserve log";
- "Disable cache".
- Reload the page keeping Developer panel opened.

- Perform the actions that are causing the issue. For example:
- start the video if it freezes while watching;
- start uploading the file if it cannot be uploaded;
- start the webinar if it freezes and etc.
- Wait for a few minutes so as the data is recorded to the file.
- Press
on the Developer panel to export the file.

How to generate a HAR-file in Mozilla Fifefox
Open the webpage which you're experiencing issues on and press F12 (on Windows) or Cmd+Opt+J (on MacOS) to open the Developer panel.
You can also access the Developer panel in the browser menu "More Tools" -> "Web Developer Tools".

- Check the box "Disable cache".
- Reload the page keeping Developer panel opened.

- Reload the page keeping the console opened.
