Who are active users?
Users can get to GetCourse by two ways: via registration forms and via import in admin panel. Users who used the first way are considered as active ones. Imported users are not active ones (they have “In a base” status). If you send them a letter, then open it and follow a link, they become “active” (even if this link leads not to GetCourse).
From the logical point of view we consider users as active ones when they already showed interest to your project and now you have their contacts.

What if I have many users, but earnings are not high?
It means your business model is wrong. The reasons could be the following: a bad project (users are not interested in it), an average receipt is low, you sell a product not efficiently, users were attractive with the help of advertisement that doesn’t reflect a core of a product (you’ve attracted many people, but they are not interested in what you offer them).
