Can I link my own domain to GetCourse?
Yes, you can. This can be a second-level domain, for example, mysite.com, or a third-level domain (subdomain), for example, online.mysite.com. A subdomain is usually only linked if there is already a website on the second-level domain.
Is it possible to make automatic mailings for various conditions?
In GetCourse, you can make automatic mailings for any user segment. For example, send an email to those who registered more than three months ago, paid for orders of more than $1,000 and did not open the email from the previous mailing list, or opened it but did not click the link in it. You can combine mailings into series, and make complex sales funnels sending emails at each step the user takes.
Can I connect GetCourse CRM and my webpage hosted somewhere else?

We have no integration to do that
GetCourse does not have a complete ready-made integration with third-party CRM.
Do we plan to do that?
No. Since GetCourse has its own CRM allowing you to manage your users and orders, there's no need for such an integration.
But if I really need it, is it possible to integrate?
GetCourse has an API for that. If your CRM also supports API, you can hire a developer to get your integration up and running.
Can I create webinars?
Yes. You can do it in a simple way using a webcam on your laptop. You can also choose the more advanced option of using streaming apps. You can have several speakers, show a presentation, enable a chat function, and support up to 5000 users. Wondering about extra costs? No worries, it’s all already included in your plan!
What about the deliverability of mailings?
GetCourse has a built-in mailing service. Can GetCourse provide 100% deliverability on a large user base? Yes, it can.
We have a project with 200,000 email addresses on the mailing list, and it's 100% deliverable.
How can I insert a sales form created in GetCourse on my own webpage?
A widget with a sales or registration form can be made in five simple steps:
Go to the widgets page in your account,
Create your widget,
Set the widget's name and save it,
Add a form to the widget,
Copy widget's code and paste it on the desired webpage.
Can I give different permissions to different members of my team?
Employee permissions (or rights, as they’re called in GetCourse) can be differentiated very flexibly. You can manage rights for your content manager, salesperson, tech support, analyst, or marketer using checkboxes in their profile.
What's GetCourse's commission for payment processing?
GetCourse does not charge anything for accepting payments. The commission is taken only by the payment system that you use to accept them. For example, if you connect GetCourse to Stripe, they'll charge you 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge.
How much does a GetCourse account cost?
It's USD 65 per month if you choose the Starter plan and pay monthly.
The minimum average monthly payment is USD 39. If you pay for the Start plan for a year, the price will be USD 467; thus, you get a discount of more than 40% and the average monthly cost is USD 39.
