How to Add robots.txt File?

• There is no way to add or edit a robots.txt file in GetCourse.
• There is a robots.txt file that is generated by default. Its content makes the pages created on GetCourse available for indexing by search engines. Therefore, it is enough to place somewhere links to the pages that you have created, and the pages will be indexed by Yandex and Google.
• There are examples of websites created on GetCourse, which are displayed on the first page of Yandex and Google search results for relevant queries.

P. S. If you really want to create your own robots.txt file, send a request to our technical support. We do not say “no” to our clients - we say how much it costs.

P. P. S. If you have linked your own domain to your account, then by typing http://{your_domain}/robots.txt you can see what our default robots.txt looks like.
If you type the address http://{your_account_name}.getcourse.ru/robots.txt, the result will be different - this is done on purpose so that robots do not index the website on GetCourse subdomains, otherwise you would get mirror websites.
