In the event that the conditions are met (the user’s order contains the specified number of positions of other offers, as well as the offer or product specified in the promotion), the cheapest order position will become free. Thus, you can indicate an expensive offer in the promotion, and when placing an order, if the user has chosen this offer and a cheaper one, the promotion will work and the cheaper offer will become free.

If there are several cheapest positions with the same price, first of them will become free.

When applying such a promotion, it is necessary to organize sales correctly. There should be a form on the page of the website where the user can order the expensive offer indicated in the promotion and one or several cheaper ones. You should consider that if the expensive offer specified in the promotion will be additionally sold elsewhere, then users will be able to use it to receive a discount in conjunction with other offers.

Let's consider an example of applying such a promotion. It is supposed that you want to run the following promotion: when buying the main course, users receive a webinar as a gift. Then you need to set up the 'Free product' promotion, select the offer of the main course and indicate the quantity '1 piece', because in addition to the course, there must be one more item in the order - a webinar. Next, create a form where users will be able to order a course and a webinar. It is necessary to check that users can order this course nowhere else  as well as any other offer.

2. How to organize a sales scheme '3 for the price of 2'

In such a promotion, you may not indicate a specific product or offer. If you select 'All' in the drop-down list and indicate the number of positions in the order (excluding the promotional position), then the cheapest position in the order will be free.
Thus, if you indicate in the promotion campaign 'All offers' and the number of items '2 items' and if there are three items in the order, then one of them will be received as a gift.
