Is It Possible to Change the Account Name?

It is impossible to change the account name on your own. To do this, the account owner needs to contact technical support by sending the request and specifying the old and new account name.
Important: the name change is made on paid accounts only.

Please note that you can  edit the account header that appears at the top of the system pages and is used in the notification sender on your own. To do this, go to your account settings.
