How to Use the “Variables” Tab in a Process?

Each process has a “Variables” tab:

Here you can create variables - special fields that will be used when processing the task by the manager.

Add a field of the required type, specify the title, a hint in the field, whether the field is required and other data, if necessary:

Add the “Specify field values” block to the process:

Indicate the required fields in this block that the manager will have to fill in:

When processing a task, the manager fills in these fields:

The results are displayed in the task by clicking the “All variables” button:
