There are several ways how to find out whether a user viewed a letter from a mailing. The first one is to open a mailing in «General» tab and see «Users statistics» section. There is information on number of viewed letters in quantitatively and in percentage terms regarding the whole mailing.
When clicking on a highlighted block you see detailed information on viewed letters:
The second way is to go to «Users» section and to choose a segment of users who received a letter from a certain mailing.
Pay attention: in order to select users who viewed a certain mailing you need to specify parameters in «Send a letter» block:
