How to Add a New Letter to Already Working Sequence

To add a letter to already working sequence you need to:

• make a sequence as a draft:

• add a letter to this sequence:

• restart sending of this sequence:

After restarting letters that were sent before it won’t be sent once again.
Newly added letters will be sent according to postponing periods set up for them.

If you added a new letter with a postponing period like “1 day after the previous one”, but the previous letter was actually sent a week ago, the newly added letter will be sent at once, as the postponing period as shorter than the actual period between letters.

Attention! It is not recommended adding more than one letter in a day to already started sequence.

When adding several new letters during a day they all will be sent right after sequence restart. It concerns letters added to the end of the sequence as well as letter added between sent ones.
I.e. if you add one or several letters to the middle of the sequence, and there is a user who received a letter following this one, all added letters will be sent at once.
