Why GetCourse Doesn't Provide for Perpetual Tariffs

We are often asked if we can sell an unlimited tariff, people want to pay once and no longer think about paying. We always answer: “No, we do not have and cannot have an eternal tariff”. In addition to the notion that no one can guarantee anything in eternity, there is also a surprisingly simple thought: an “eternal” tariff is the worst thing that can happen to a client.
Support and development of any project is an iterative process: as the school or the author develops, more attention is required from the service. He has a growing number of clients, the number of ideas, the number of requests. If a company takes money in advance, especially at a discount, then quite quickly the profit from servicing an “eternal” client will go into a negative (the discount will simply speed up this process). His requests grow with the growth of the project, but he no longer pays money. And no matter how the company claims the opposite, it will start looking for ways to save money on this client: his requests will be processed later than the requests of people from whom you can still get money, his problems will be solved later, sales managers will try to sell the new features to him under a different name.
Our tariff policy, which many criticize, has always been based on one simple rule: it should be profitable for the client to pay us more, and we should be concerned about the client's satisfaction with the service.
When a client starts working with the platform, we charge him the payment that allows us to provide him with a good service: spend money on good servers, hire more people to support, hire excellent programmers.
As the project grows, the client obtains non-standard or simply large tasks that require additional efforts from us. We apply the same principle here: our interest should coincide with the interest of the client, the more he earns, the more money he can bring to us.
Therefore, GetCourse.ru does not and cannot have an eternal tariff. Implementation of it would mean that we do not care what happens next with customers.
