How to enable Daily Notifications with Revenue Report

In your GetCourse account, you can set up notifications about the online school's earnings for the past day, the current and the previous months. The report will be generated daily and sent to the Telegram bot. In this article, we will tell you how to connect the bot and to set up a list of users who can receive notifications.

To receive notifications with the online school's earnings, you need to connect to GetCourseDailyInfo Telegram bot.

Who can enable the notifications:

• account owner;
• administrator with "can set up an account" right 
• administrators and employees allowed to receive notifications. Information on how to allow receiving notification is provided below [go to section▼].

To enable the notifications: 

1. Go to «Profile — Notifications» and to «Daily notifications» tab.

2. Click «Enable».

3. Launch the bot by clicking the «Start» button.

If you have connected successfully the corresponding notification will appear.

Done! At the beginning of the next day, you will receive a report on your online school’s earnings. The report will be sent daily.

The data for notifications is pulled from your account statistics.
You can view them in the «Sales» - «Statistics» section on the «Table» tab.

Administrators and employees can launch the Telegram bot to receive earnings notifications - it is necessary to give a permission to them to connect the bot.

Users who can give a permission:

• account owner;
• administrator with "can set up an account" right.

To give a permission:

1. Go to «Profile — Notifications» and to «Daily notifications» tab..
2. In the «Who is allowed to receive notifications» check the necessary users.
3. Save changes.

Now the selected administrators and employees can also connect to the bot and receive the earnings notifications.

In order to temporarily disable the notifications, make the «Уведомления включены» selector inactive.

To completely disable the notifications, go to the GetCourseDailyInfo bot and stop it.

If you want to restrict receiving notifications for an administrator or employee:

1. Go to «Daily notifications» tab.
   
2. Uncheck the user in the «Who is allowed to receive notifications» section.
3. Save changes.

In this case, the user can remain connected to the bot, but will not receive notifications from the online school account.

Receiving notifications cannot be forcibly disabled for the account owner and responsible administrators - they can only disable it themselves.
