Registered user is a person who has: email address, name, phone number (within his account). The main criteria here is an email address.
A user could have only one email address. If a person register several email address, the system considers it as several different users with different rights, purchases and settings.
When administrator adds a new user (with new email address) to a base, “In database” status is automatically assigned to this user. Such users can receive mailings and read them, but they are not taken into account when plan defining.
Users get “Active” status, they participate in plan defining, when they:
- Filled in a form on a page or in a widget
- Signed in to the system as authorized users
- Followed a link in a letter
“Active” status is not changed as time goes. A user will participate in plan defining even if he dropped using your service.
