Groups of users is a useful tool that allows working with a certain audience as well as getting familiar with information about how many users are connected with this or that event (webinar hosting, order placement, interest in some topic). You can create a group in “Users” section in “Groups” tab.

It is possible to add a user to a group on stage of registration via a form or when order creation. Below you can find an example for a form on a page or in a widget.
