An order is a record on a product which contains information about what is for sale, under which conditions, who could purchase it and who sells it. The order contains data about offer, its price, a customer, a payment. The order has its status and history of changes.

User source - is a channel used by a user who came to your website and registered in your account. If several channels used by a user are registered in the system, the last one will be defined as a source (according to the chosen model of attribution). User source is shown in a profile. Attribution is the definition of the traffic source due to which the conversion was made (registration, subscribing or ordering). It allows you to customize the report on traffic sources in various ways.

Do you want to make a payment for an order? Click 'Add payment', specify the payment type and status, and save the order status.

By default, an order has 'New' status right after its creation. After acceptance of a payment it gets 'Completed' status, then a purchase is created, so a user gets access envisaged in a product.

In order to insert a link to a video, go to 'Video' section. In the settings you can edit a video link (YouTube/Vimeo).

In order card in 'Add comment' insert a text of your comment, press 'Save'. The comment is shown in order history.

To assign a manager to a new order go to order card. In 'Manager' field click on 'Not selected', choose a needed manager in a dropdown list and save changes.
