Each of the options has its own features and is suitable for different tasks.
Whatever method you choose, if you pre-register for the webinar, you will be able to find out in the future which of the registered users did not participate in the webinar.
This can be useful if you want to keep in touch with the client - to stimulate interest in your courses and events, for example, by sending a message.
You can send the mailing to students who signed up for the webinar but did not come to the broadcast. In such a letter, you can send a link to a webinar entry or an invitation to repeat the lesson.

If the user did not participate in the webinar, then you can, for example, share a link to the auto-webinar, saying that this is a repeat of the event for those who could not join.
