In order card in 'Add comment' insert a text of your comment, press 'Save'. The comment is shown in order history.

To assign a manager to a new order go to order card. In 'Manager' field click on 'Not selected', choose a needed manager in a dropdown list and save changes.

In 'Tiles' section there are several types of a tiles: several sentences title - sub-title - image - text, icon - title - text, etc. These types of tiles are absolutely the same except the set of elements included.

To delete orders in bulk (for example, random or test ones), you need to select the desired segment subject for removing and transfer these orders to the “False” status. False orders are not displayed in the system and are not counted in statistics.

To change the order completion date, you need to click on the green date field. Next, you need to set the desired date and click the “Save” button.

After the user has successfully paid for the order with the help of the payment system and clicked the “Return to the store” button, he goes to the system page after payment. You can set up system notifications for paid orders or configure your own mailing with custom text.

There are several types of columns: a column with an image nearby, a column with a form nearby, a column with a text, etc.

The user goes to the payment page after filling out the sale form. If payment methods are preconfigured, then the user will be able to choose the payment method that suits him and pay for the product.

You can see how the payment page for your account will look like in the “Website” - “Pages” menu by selecting the “Order payment” page in the “System pages” section.
