Review of Letters Sent to a Certain User

If to go to a user’s profile, you can see all mailings and notifications sent to him as well as his response in “Messages” tab.

You can see the status of every letter opposite to it: whether it was delivered, whether it was read, whether a link from a letter was followed. Click on status to get detailed information.

Why does a letter have “Error” status?

An error could occur on side of email server (for example, mailbox is overfull) or by other reasons. Read more about that in the next article.

What do “Forbidden” or “Cancelled” statuses stand for?

Usually it means that email address was changed at the moment between forming a mailing and sending a letter. Find more information in the next article.

What does “Message is archived” mean?

Old messages are automatically archived as time goes by. Their text doesn’t differ for different users, you can view it in a mailing.
