In order to subscribe a user for mailings of categories once again you need to go to a user card and to tick flags for needed categories.

There are several ways how to find out whether a user viewed a letter from a mailing. The first one is to open a mailing in “General” tab and see “Users statistics” section. There is information on number of viewed letters in quantitatively and in percentage terms regarding the whole mailing.

If to go to a user’s profile, you can see all mailings and notifications sent to him as well as his response in “Messages” tab

If you want to create a constant selection by users, which data won’t be changed further, then create a group and add users to this group.

A segment is a dynamic collection of objects selected by a specific condition (in fact, it is a filter that selects all objects that match the specified condition).

We recommend using an integrated analyzer of a text of a letter before sending a mailing. It automatically checks a letter and gives a list of found mistakes and recommendations. By using this data you can minimize chance of letters fall into spam folder.

In order to let an object to get into a process, you need to specify an input condition. Set of input conditions differs for different objects (users/orders/purchases/).

You can create a selection by orders with certain conditions, save it as a segment and use it. In order to create a segment conditions with certain parameters are used as well as logical operators “AND”, “OR”, “NOT” that form a segment’s rule.

You can create processes for users, orders and purchases. When choosing you need to consider what you want to receive eventually and by which main object (a user, an order, a purchaser) actions will be performed by.

You can send a mailing to nobody, to all users in a base or to a saved segment.
