In mailing category there is one special category called “Notifications”. You can use this category only in processes for sending important letters/notifications. It is not possible to send such a mailing in a usual way.

In a situation where standard content styling capabilities are not enough, CSS comes to the rescue. It can be added to both the pages you created and the system​ ones.

When working with different departments of requests in the “Inbox” section, you have the opportunity to set priorities and the desired response time to a request. Priorities will help you sort the list of incoming messages and tasks in ascending order (from most to least important).

Sequences of mailings are chains of letters sent at specified intervals. In GetCourse you can send sequence of letters to users: i.e. welcome chain of letters after registration or a sequence that pushes a user to make a purchase.

How to analyse the details of errors when sending mailings and notifications?

When your mailing is sent, you can view its statistics. It could help you to understand how many letters were delivered successfully, how many errors have occurred, how many users have unsubscribed, etc.

You can set the validity period of the promotion event in its settings.

In GetCourse, you can create a discounted promotion event for a specific product or offer. For example, you can give a promo code with a discount for the subsequent training or course with a related topic.

The offer price can be indicated in the different currencies: rubles, dollars, euros, etc.

Promotions allow users to take advantage of an additional discount when ordering. A promotion event can give a specific discount amount, a discount percentage or an exact price value - for all or only for one item in the order.
